Interestingly, 69% of voters in an Azareter-area sports poll earlier this week voted that Crowder would not be in The Suns to start the season.

Thermal nation: Could Jay Crowder Be an Option for The Heat?
Jonathan Sherman wrote: “Last season, Crowder started in all 67 regular season games he played for the Suns. In those games, he averaged 9.4 points, 5.3 rebounds, and 1.9 assists per game. He fired 39.9 percent from the field. And 34.9 percent. Out of a 3-point range. If he were to return to rejoin the Heat for the 2022-23 campaign, it would be interesting to see what kind of role he would play for the team. He only played 20 games for the Heat during the 2019-20 campaign after a mid-season trade. He started in eight of those games. With that in mind, it’s important to note that in this season’s playoffs batch, which saw the Heat advance all the way to the 2020 NBA Finals, Crowder started in all 21 games for his team.”

Does he know that? KD Saga continues. Stay tuned.”

On the other hand, he may need to put himself in a position to put out his best numbers to ensure he gets another good contract in with Team Suns being as competitive as they are now.” , they likely won’t be looking for Crowder to stuff a stat sheet every night. Many competing teams like to make a move for Crowder and get what he brings to the table as defensive. A forward force that can lay the floor. Miami Sun SentinelIs it time for Jay Crowder to reunite with the Miami Heat?
Ira Winderman wrote: “As for the math, Jay is worth $10.2 million next season in the final year of a three-year contract he signed when he left the Heat agency in 2020 after leading the Heat to the 2020 NBA Finals. Because The Heat doesn’t have space cap available and lacking a trade exception, they would have to send a matching salary for such a trade. And that math simply isn’t in place at the moment unless the Suns are willing to take on Duncan Robinson (who’s also a wanted chip for a potential bigger deal) or Tyler Herro (which doesn’t happen In fact, until Victor Oladipo is eligible to trade mid-season, the numbers don’t seem to work. Then again, Andy Elisburg has a knack for making any and all math work.”
